2027 Koetje Scholarships 

Our Association offers scholarships to high school and college students. The scholarships were established in memory of Brandon Koetje, son of fellow REALTOR® Jim Koetje and George Koetje, a long-time respected Realtor® from oak harbor.

Applicant Qualifications-
Brandon Koetje Scholarship:
-Minimum GPA 3.0
-Undergraduate Student (minimum 1- year secondary education required)
-Letter of recommendation from faculty member
-Letter of recommendation from sponsoring NPSAR member
-Furthering education at an accredited Washington State school
-Personal essay


George Koetje Scholarship:
-Minimum GPA 3.0
- Graduating High School Senior from Whidbey Island School
-Letter of recommendation from faculty member
-Letter of recommendation from sponsoring NPSAR member
-Furthering education at an accredited Washington State school
-Personal essay
